1. Overview
BBOS Business One is an enterprise management platform designed to streamline operations across planning, procurement, project management, CRM, HRM, and real-time reporting. The platform is available on web and mobile, and integrates with SAP Business One where applicable.
We provide this application as a free service for eligible users, while premium packages may include additional features. Our commitment is to ensure the protection and privacy of our users' data in accordance with applicable laws and industry standards.
2. Information Collection and Use
We collect limited personal information necessary for account registration, authentication, support, and platform performance monitoring.

All data transmissions are encrypted using SSL/TLS protocols. User passwords must follow our security standards (minimum 6 characters, a mix of uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and special characters). We do not store unencrypted passwords.
All device access is authenticated via registered device IDs. Unauthorized devices are denied access.
4. Data Storage and Backups
User data is securely stored on cloud infrastructure (e.g. Google Cloud) and is automatically backed up daily at midnight. In case of technical failure due to system error, BBOS will restore data to the most recent backup within one (1) business day.
